Една добра основна заплата, както и адекватното обучение са ключови през първите 6 месеца в организацията. Това е времето, в което продукта е все още непознат на търговеца. Той трябва да използува това време за да разработи клиентската си база и да започне да обича продукта и компанията... това е изключително важно. След това той трябва да започне да свързва добрите си резултати с бонуси и други допълнителни стимули.
